Business Skills College offers in depth career services assistants including job search, career guidance, seminars, and assistance with resumes and interview skills. The college maintains a comprehensive database of employers that are currently looking for staff, as well as a job board of job opportunities. Over 90% of Business Skills College students find employment in their field.

The school offers a unique ""FlexLearn"" system that has been in place for more than 11 years. This program allows students to customize their learning program in order to more accurately fit their education into their already busy lives. The system allows students to choose how much time they want to spend on their studies – so they can complete courses as slowly or as quickly as they like. Additionally, students can be awarded with additional courses at no extra charge.

Business Skills College offers comprehensive financial assistance – with tuition payment options, scholarships, and financial aid, so all students can easily afford their chosen program. The school has a comprehensive scholarship program that rewards students who score in the top 10% of their class, provided that other requirements are met. A total of $7500 in scholarships are awarded by Business Skills College each year, and the amount is applied directly to tuition.
