Educational Technology in Utah

Educational technology schools offer four year bachelor’s degree programs in the field of educational technology. Students learn how to effectively implement technology into the classrooms and higher learning institutions to improve teaching and learning for both teachers and students. The educational technology major combines education with computer science but is not as technical as a computer science major. Typically required coursework involves web development, distance learning, multimedia technology, online assessments and exams.
